24.04.09 In April, 24th 2009 the Test Division - Quality Control Service of the Open Joint-Stock Company “Plant of Expanded-Clay Gravel Novolukoml” was granted a certificate of technical competence.

The certificate was given by RUE "Stroytechnorm" of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus. It certifies that the Test Division of the Open Joint-Stock Company “Plant of Expanded-Clay Gravel Novolukoml” conforms to the requirements of TKP 45-1.01-47-2006 for test divisions, and it also certifies that the Plant Test Division can test and exercise control of the production in construction.
